Why raw
Unprocessed, and it shows.
Most extensions are steam-processed into a pattern that washes out. Raw hair is cut from one donor and left alone, so the wave or curl you buy is the one it was born with.
That is why raw lasts three years and more where processed hair gives you a season, and why our bundles still lay flat at the weft after twenty washes. Tone and pattern vary slightly between bundles. That variation is the proof.

How many bundles do I need?
Three bundles is a full install for most people between 16″ and 22″. Go to four at 24″ and longer, because every bundle weighs the same no matter the length, so a long bundle is a thinner one. Two is enough for a natural, closer-to-the-head look under 16″. Our calculator above works it out for you.
What is the difference between raw and virgin hair?
Raw hair is cut from a single donor and never chemically processed, so the pattern you buy is the one it grew in. Virgin hair is also unprocessed but may be collected from more than one donor. Raw lasts 3+ years with proper care; virgin lasts 2+ years.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in about three business days, then U.S. delivery takes five to seven business days. International is seven to ten business days. You get a tracking number as soon as it ships. Free shipping and Afterpay apply on orders over $150.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
For hygiene and quality reasons we do not offer returns, refunds or preference-based exchanges, including for length, texture or tone. Please check your order carefully before you check out. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos and we will put it right.
Will the curl pattern hold after washing?
Yes. Because the hair is unprocessed, the wave or curl is the hair's own, not a steam-set pattern that washes out. Wash with a sulfate-free shampoo, condition, and let it air dry to bring the pattern back. All bundles must be washed and conditioned before installation.
Can I colour or straighten it?
Yes. It is 100% human hair, so it takes heat and colour. Straighten curly textures and they return to pattern after a wash. Lifting to a light blonde is best done by a professional, and colour can loosen a curl pattern, so test one bundle first.
How do I care for it?
Wash with a sulfate-free shampoo and a moisturising conditioner. Air dry or use low heat. Detangle from the ends upward with a wide-tooth comb. Store wigs and bundles in a satin or silk bag. Use a scalp oil on the hair underneath while the install is in.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Only before it is processed. Once processing starts we cannot cancel or change an order, including the shipping address, so contact us straight away if something is wrong.
