How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the U.S. For international orders, shipping may take 7-10 business days, depending on the location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Check out our shipping policy for more details

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

How do I care for my Luxury Hair products?

To ensure longevity and maintain the quality of your hair:

With the right maintenance routine, LuxuryHairEdit raw extensions last 3+ years, while virgin extensions last 2+ years, maintaining their softness, shine, and luxurious quality.

Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once processing begins,
we are unable to cancel or modify your order. Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you need assistance.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We take quality control seriously. If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please
contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Our team will review your case and work to resolve it promptly.

Do you offer exchanges for different lengths or textures?

Due to hygiene and quality standards, we do not offer exchanges for preference-related
reasons such as length, texture, or color variation. Please note that raw and virgin hair
naturally vary in tone and pattern, which adds to the uniqueness of each bundle.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been
shipped, we are unable to make any address changes or issue refunds for lost packages due
to incorrect information.
